PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  Due to scheduling issues, it is anticipated that there will not be a quorum in attendance at the Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors that were scheduled to be held on May 21, 2007 and June 25, 2007.  The May 21st meeting will be adjourned to:
