Special Notice to All Patients
Although we are committed to providing excellent care, we know there may be times when concerns arise. Voicing your concern will not influence your care, or limit your future access to care at NUMC. As soon as possible, please take the following steps until the situation is resolved:

    1. Report your concern to your nurse or staff member.
    2. Ask to speak with the Nurse Manager, or department’s supervisor or director.
    3. Contact a Patient Representative at (516) 296-3221.
