GRADUATION DAY ON JUNE 3, 2016 FOR 136 NUMC RESIDENTS

WHAT: Graduation Day for 136 residents from NUMC. On June 3, 2016,136 physicians will be graduating, from their respective residency programs at the Nassau University Medical Center, from various departments including:  Dentistry – General Practice
Dentistry –  Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Medicine Fellowships– Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology,  Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Osteopathic Traditional Internship,  Pediatrics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Psychiatry & Psychology, Psychiatry Fellowship, Radiology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery.

WHEN: Friday, June 3, 2015 1:00PM

WHERE: Westbury Manor, Jericho Turnpike, Westbury, New York

WHY: NUMC, a level 1 Trauma Center, is a 530-bed community teaching hospital with a progressive public mission, with 136 residents graduating from their residency programs.  Residents graduating today will be eligible to sit for the boards in their respective fields.  NUMC’s residents have accepted prestigious fellowships, others will be joining nationwide institutions to pursue additional specialties and some will join private practices.
