NUMC VOLUNTEER CELEBRATES HER 85TH BIRTHDAY

East Meadow, New York….Geraldine Zimmerman, a resident of East Meadow and a volunteer at Nassau University Medical Center Auxiliary during the last 21 years, celebrated her 85th birthday in the company of almost 100 NUMC friends.  Ms. Zimmerman has volunteered in numerous departments over the years and wanted to provide a luncheon to her friends in celebration of her birthday.

In expressing his best wishes on Ms. Zimmerman’s birthday, Arthur A. Gianelli, President CEO of the Nassau Health Care Corporation said:  “Our sincere wishes for a happy and healthy birthday and thank you for your dedication and commitment to serving in the NUMC Auxiliary for over 21 years.  You are to be commended for your tireless energy and devotion to making the lives of our patients a little easier.”
