The health-care leader speaks about what’s involved in running a mainly public-funded hospital as well as the details of the $240 million renovation of Nassau University Medical Center, which includes a new emergency center and upgrades to its nursing home.
Gianelli also explains the challenges faced by the health-care industry in general.
