THE INSTITUTE FOR HEALTHCARE DISPARITIES AT NASSAU UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER TO HOLD SUMMER SAFETY HEALTH FAIRS AT THE ELMONT, WESTBURY, HEMPSTEAD AND FREEPORT/ROOSEVELT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS

East Meadow, NY….Arthur A. Gianelli, President/CEO of the Nassau Health Care Corporation, announced that the Institute for Healthcare Disparities at NUMC will hold four health fairs called “Let’s Have a Safe and Healthy Summer” on the following dates and locations:
All are Saturdays between 10 am and 2 pm

May 16th  — Elmont Health Center, 161 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY
June 6th — Westbury Community Health Center, 682 Union Avenue Westbury, NY
June 13th – Hempstead Health Care, 135 Main Street, Hempstead, NY
July 11th – Freeport/Roosevelt Health Center, 50 No. Main Street, Freeport, NY

The following will be offered at the health fairs:

Tips for keeping our children safe.
Learn about the many services we offer:  Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Family Planning, Internal Medicine
Want to lose weight? Come and learn how at our weight loss lecture.
Appointments made on site.
No insurance necessary!
