SCHEDULE FOR FREE MAMMOGRAMS AND FREE CERVICAL EXAMS FOR UNINSURED WOMEN OVER THE AGE OF 40 TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CANCER SCREENING PARTNERSHIP FOR 2009 AT THE NASSAU UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER

FREE mammograms and free cervical exams to UNINSURED women, over the age of 40, will be provided by the Cancer Screening Partnership.  FREE take home test for colorectal cancer for women 50 and over and their partners will be distributed.  These services are offered in conjunction with NUMC, North Shore/LIJ Health System, Planned Parenthood, South Nassau Communities Hospital and others, on the following dates in 2009, starting at 8:30 AM, at NUMC, 2201 Hempstead Turnpike, East Meadow.
