OUTPATIENT SESSIONS SCHEDULE FOR NUHEALTH FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS FOR TUESDAY JANUARY 21 AND WEDNESDAY JANUARY 22, 2014
East Meadow, NY…………..Due to the impending snow storm and for the safety of our patients and staff, the following is the schedule for the outpatient sessions in the five NuHealth Long Island Federally Qualified Family Health Centers located in Westbury, Roosevelt, Hempstead, Elmont and Freeport:
The last outpatient session appointment for today, Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at all five Family Health Centers will take place at 4PM.
All outpatient sessions at all five Family Health Centers will open tomorrow at noon, Wednesday, January 22, 2014.
