NUMC’S NATIONAL MAH JONGG LEAGUE FOUNDATION BREAST HEALTH CENTER RIBBON CUTTING

Nassau University Medical Center officials held a ribbon cutting during the opening of the expanded and renovated National Mah Jongg League Foundation Breast Health Center, specializing in providing vital, life saving mammography and breast health services and guiding women with breast cancer through the many treatment options available. A new initiative to screen 1000 additional uninsured women for free mammograms for women over 40 and free cervical cancer screenings for women over 18 was announced at the opening.
