RESIDENT GRADUATION DAY FOR 116 NUMC RESIDENTS ON JUNE 12TH AT 3PM

WHAT: Resident Graduation Day for 116 NUMC residents.
116 Residents will be graduating from their respective residency programs at Nassau University Medical Center, from various departments including:  Anesthesiology, Dental Medicine and Oral Surgery, Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Osteopathic Medicine, Pathology, Pediatrics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Psychiatry and Psychology, Radiology and Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Plastic Surgery.

WHY: Nassau University Medical Center, a level 1 Trauma Center, is a 530-bed community teaching hospital with a progressive public mission, with 116 residents graduating from their residency programs.  Residents graduating today will be eligible to sit for the boards in their respective fields.  Some will be joining private practices and others will be joining nationwide institutions to pursue additional specialties.
