WHAT: Graduation Day for 112 residents from NUMC, on Friday, June 6, 2014
112 residents will be graduating, from their respective residency programs at the Nassau University Medical Center, from various departments including: Dentistry – General Practice Dentistry – Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Internal Medicine, Medicine Fellowships– Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Osteopathic Medicine, Pediatrics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Psychiatry & Psychology, Radiology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery

WHERE: Westbury Manor, Jericho Turnpike, Westbury, New York
WHY: Nassau University Medical Center, a level 1 Trauma Center, is a 530-bed community teaching hospital with a progressive public mission, with 112 residents graduating from their residency programs. Residents graduating today will be eligible to sit for the boards in their respective fields. Our residents have accepted prestigious fellowships, others will be joining nationwide institutions to pursue additional specialties and some will join private practices.
