BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING NOTICE

The Board of Directors of the Nassau Health Care Corporation will hold its monthly board meetings in the Auditorium of Nassau University Medical Center at 8:30 AM.
The meetings for the fourth quarter will be held on the following dates:

Monday October 22, 2007
Monday November 19, 2007
Monday December 17, 2007
