We perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, including endorectal and endoanal ultrasound, examination under anesthesia, anoscopy, rigid and flexible sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy, which is offered as a screening test for colon and rectal cancer. Many of these can be performed without anesthesia, and those that can be are generally ambulatory procedures, requiring no overnight hospital stay.
