Screening Services and Facilities Are Close By

Numerous health care providers across the state are participating members in the Cancer Services Program. Health centers, hospitals, local clinics and doctors’ offices can perform cancer screenings and follow-up based on the following eligibility requirements:

• Patient does not have health care coverage, or insurance does not cover the cost of cancer screening.
• Patient is financially unable to cover the costs.
• Income-level eligibility and age requirements are met.
• Patient is a New York State resident.
