Plaqued Dedication Held in NUMC’s Burn Center in Memory of Nelson H. Finkelman

Family, friends and fire officials gathered to dedicate a plaque in memory of Nelson H. Finkelman, who was one of the first founders and supporters of the Nassau County Firefighters Burn Center at the Nassau University Medical Center. The plaque recognized his tireless efforts and dedication to the burn center, and was presented by the 6th Battalion District and the 6th Battalion Chiefs.
