You must adopt a Code of Conduct that is the same as or substantively equivalent to NHCC’s Code: Nassau Health Corporation insists that all of its vendors, contractors, consultants, and other agents adhere to the Corporation's compliance program, which includes a Code of Conduct. The Corporation expects all such entities to become familiar with and to comply strictly with the Corporation's Code of Conduct as a condition of doing business with NHCC.
