CHIEF OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES

Nassau University Medical Center, an affiliate of the North Shore/LIJ Health Care System and a clinical campus of SUNY Stony Brook, is seeking board certified candidates for the position of Chief of Infectious Diseases at the Associate Professor/Professor Level. NUMC operates the first NYS Dept of Health Designated AIDS Center on Long Island and offers a full range of services to HIV infected individuals and their families. The successful candidate must be a superb clinician and teacher. Responsibilities include coordinating the clinical, educational and grant funded research activities of the Division and developing stronger relationships with the surrounding communities.
