Felice Jones-Lee brings over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, over 15 years as a healthcare quality professional, as well as a background in clinical operations. Her expertise lies in both patient and ambulatory care. Ms. Jones-Lee has also cultivated a substantive background in clinical research. She is a human rights advocate and social scientist who has earned the Suffolk County Martin Luther King Commission Award, the Islip Town Woman of the Year Award and the Islip NAACP Award for Social Justice, amongst others.
Ms. Jones-Lee has published and presented work in disparities in healthcare, medical sociology and equality studies. She is an alum of the Catholic Medical Center School of Nursing, The New York Institute of Technology and St. John’s University. Ms. Jones-Lee joined the NUMC team in 2019.
